Bruce Arians Says Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin Won’t Come Off The Field

A new head coach means new roles for some. When Bruce Arians was hired last January it wasn’t long before he envisioned third-year wide receiver Chris Godwin to take on a “Larry Fitzgerald-type role” with the Buccaneers, primarily playing in the slot.

Speaking on the Jim Rome show on Wednesday, Arians told the host he expects Godwin to see more single coverage this season as well.
